The menus throughout this guide are ideas and inspiration — a starting point, not a fixed list. Manuela and the team are here to work with you to create something that perfectly reflects your tastes, your guests, and your day. We can substitute, change, or revise any element to suit dietary requirements, personal favourites, or your event’s style.

Each course is divided into three price tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — and you are welcome to mix and match freely. Any combination is possible, and any element from a lower tier can be swapped for a higher-tier item, reviewed with you on a case by case basis.

Crafted with love by Chef Manuela Fuhrimann — European-trained with 25 years of international kitchen experience and a passion for the finest local Nelson-Tasman produce.
