Menu for public events: These change with every show — often we’ll have 1 or 2 course buffets on offer with a limited snacks menu. Please check the event details when booking, or contact us directly for info on each show.

The menus throughout this guide are ideas and inspiration — a starting point, not a fixed list. Manuela and the team are here to work with you to create something that perfectly reflects your tastes, your guests, and your day. We can substitute, change, or revise any element to suit dietary requirements, personal favourites, or your event’s style.
Each course is divided into three price tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — and you are welcome to mix and match freely. Any combination is possible, and any element from a lower tier can be swapped for a higher-tier item, reviewed with you on a case by case basis.

Course 01 — Nibbles. Mix and match tiers freely across all courses.
Styled & replenished by our team throughout your welcome hour. Can be added to any nibbles tier.
Course 02 — Starters. Bronze & Silver are shared on the table; Gold is an alternate drop.
A smorgasbord of beautiful food. You’re served directly at the bridal table — no queuing.
Mini buffets brought to each table, passed around and shared. Endlessly replenished. Silver & Gold only.
Classical dining. Our team takes orders and delivers to the table. Mix styles across courses.
Family style is available from Silver tier upwards. Bronze mains are offered as Buffet or Set Menu.
All served with homemade bread & condiments.

A popular alternative to a sit-down meal. Keep your wedding relaxed and guests happy — starter nibbles on arrival, then substantial canapés designed as elegant stand-up small meals, flowing until everyone is satisfied.
We cater for all dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-aware menus. Please advise us of any requirements when enquiring — we’re happy to adapt any dish.
