The menus we listed below are really just guidelines and ideas, we aim to create the perfect menu for your big day. We can substitute, change or revise all of our menu options to your tastes, dietary requirements and style.

Each event we host is unique and individual…especially when it comes to the menu! We have designed a simple way for people to select the perfect menu , catering to all tastes and budgets.

Each course is divided in 3 price sets. Bronze, Silver and Gold. We encourage clients to mix and match from the above price ranges.

For example, some people may be very happy with Bronze nibbles but want to splash out on the
Gold main course. Others may have a sweet tooth wanting desserts, others may not want dessert at all.
Perhaps you are having an off site ceremony and are only coming for dinner, if this is the case you may not select
nibbles at all.

Any combination is possible and if you see an element you desire from a lesser value option you will be welcome to swap them with a high value item. Swapping or adding a higher value item to a lower cost menu is possible and reviewed on a case by case basis.

Main Course:

We aim for the food at your wedding to be a memorable experience It is often a large chunk of your wedding costs and you deserve the best.

We have 3 different ways to dine when it comes to the main course.

Buffet

A smorgasbord style of goodies layed out for your guests to pick and choose what they desire. People are welcome to come up for seconds. Don’t worry about your wedding dress. Food is served straight the bridal table, so you dont have to line up at all.

Family Style

An excellent way for your guests to interact and share the joy of your special day. Basically we bring mini buffets to peoples tables and from there people pass around and share the food items. Guests are welcome to request more of their favorite elements, if a hungry Uncle takes a large share, we will replenish that item so that Aunty won’t miss out.
It’s the best of both worlds, providing an extensive variety of food straight to the table. No lines and very quick service to a large room of guests.

Classical dining at its best. Our amazing staff will take orders from your guests and food is delivered to your table.
We are able to provide simple menus, but many couples may create customised menus as part of the decorations.

You are able to mix and match styles throughout your meal. You may want family style starters for quick service before speeches, followed by a set menu for your mains. Any combination is possible, the choice is yours!
